KD Contracting Corporation is a DMBE certified general contracting firm, located in East St. Louis Illinois. KD Contracting Corporation performs all facets of site preparation, site sewer, site utilities, mechanical insolation, and road and bridge construction. Since its inception, KD Contracting Corporation’s concept has been to provide professional workmanship and value in a competitive and superior manner.
Our History
Kevin Edwards started a trucking business in the 1980’s, one of his first contracts included cleaning the streets and alleys when The City of East Saint Louis could not afford trash pickup. After running his Trucking business for many years, Edwards formed a business relationship with a fellow construction contractor Don Kamadulski, the two founded Edwards-Kamadulski which Edwards had operated as President from 2004-2019 due to the early passing of his longtime friend Don Kamadulski. In October 2019, Edwards sold Edwards Kamadulski and founded KD Contracting Corporation, which he operates as President and Owner.

KD Contracting Corporation is an approved DBE in the States of: Illinois, Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. We are recognized as a MBE by Illinois' Cemtral Management Services, in the City of St. Louis, MO, and the State of Kansas.
